金字塔與逆金字塔的選擇問題! - 健身

想請教各位,關於金字塔與逆金字塔的更清楚解釋
目前想從固定重量轉變成這兩者之一,
己爬過版與精華區,但還是不太懂兩者練習後的差異
似乎金字塔(輕-->重)可以增加肌肉的結實度
逆金字塔(重-->輕)可以增加肌肉爆發力
如果以"變大塊"為前提做考量
哪一種會比較適合呢??
我 172/71 體脂16~18%
一星期三次健身,每次都混合練"胸、背、腹、腿"
現在想改成每次練"一個部位+腹部",三天剛好練完
星期一 胸+腹
星期三 腿+腹
星期五 背+腹
一、五重訓後,再加上20min的跑步機當作有氧運動
以變大為主,減脂為輔,穿衣服好看~
對於這樣的目的,這樣的課表各位有什麼看法?
我完全排好每一個動作後會再po上一次課表,請各位前輩指教!
如果精華區或是有文章我沒爬到,請跟我說
從八月開學前就開始爬文了,被鞭會很冤枉 XD
