不知道版上有沒有人跟我一樣
維持好幾年的每日4~6餐飲食
每天都是雞胸肉、魚肉、牛肉的無限蛋白餐
忽然有一天真的吃到很膩
很不想再把肉放進嘴吞下肚...
然後
開始有幾餐轉向素食!?
偶爾吃吃黃豆、雞嘴豆、扁豆
換換口味也不錯的概念
很好奇素食者是如何維持肌肉量的??
每餐30g蛋白質的你們會怎麼吃??
