有人斷食減脂會中途突然感到不適嗎 - 健身

大家好
我這幾週都在實行16:8斷食法。基本上都是12-20點早餐不吃。原本第一週就只有單純的餓肚子沒什麼問題。第二週就慢慢習慣。第三週習慣以後有的時候忙撐到13點都沒問題。
但是到了這禮拜第四週這幾天早上開始會餓到身體不適。注意力不集中。還會想吐(我猜是胃酸過多導致反胃)。當然在吐之前我就趕快買份早餐吃了。
請問這斷食法實行到一半會這樣突然不適是什麼問題。有可能是前一天熱量攝取的不夠嗎?
