減重是一條漫長的路
我大概分三個階段 最輕的時候大概共減了40公斤
目前又復胖十公斤
說實在話真的很沮喪
我的運動量很大 每天都有運動習慣
基代接近2000
但是只要正常吃三餐 就一定會胖 雖然胖也有一定程度是胖肌肉
但還是胖阿!!腿腰還是變粗阿!!
早餐 蛋餅 三明治 小杯奶茶
午餐 便當
晚餐 便當
這樣鐵定胖 胖到爆
之前能維持都是吃很少(一天大概2.5餐)
運動二或三個小時以上
但是現在工作根本不可能這樣運動
難道易胖真的就沒機會瘦嗎
之前聽過一句話
"瘦子通常會瘦都不是因為運動飲食 而是因為基因"
唉 這好像是真的呢.........
