有人蹲馬步的嗎?? - 健身

以前國中的時候,很嚮往武術
又在升學班沒機會練,總是自己在家裡蹲馬步
想說先打好基礎
沒想到蹲馬步還挺累的,那時候就這樣蹲馬步,居然也練出腹肌
後來上了高中,大學有自己機會去運動就很少這樣玩了
這幾天一直下雨沒出去,就開始蹲
哈,還是一樣有效呀,蹲沒十分鐘就開始猛流汗
蹲馬步有什麼要注意的嗎?希望不會搞到什麼運動傷害才好 ^_^
通常都蹲個20-30分 就流一堆汗
沒像國術社那種標準馬步 大概半蹲而已
太標準無法持久 體重比較重一點
