有慢跑的各位是怎麼增快速度的? - 健身

我一直都有慢跑的習慣,可是速度很慢....
大概4k在25-30分之間跑完,看當天的體力及精神狀況而定
可是我發現不知道要怎麼提升我的速度!!!我的目標大概是5k/半小時
我先說我的情況好了,我的呼吸方式是兩短吸兩短吐,配合腳步。
所以如果我要加速,又要配合腳步應該是不太可能的事,可是我對於怎麼改變卻毫無頭緒QQ
跑步的姿勢其實我沒有特別注意,都是腳根先著地,然後才是整個腳,膝蓋都是微彎。
我覺得我的腳步有點小,所以我有試著拉大每步的距離,可是這樣我很快就要舉白旗了...還是這是正常的情況?
目前為止我沒有發炎或者是膝蓋會痛的問題,大概就是這樣,想聽看看大家的經驗!
