有推薦入門的練肩動作嗎? - 健身

如題
後束我都練曲體後飛鳥,中束就平舉跟滑輪機,以上感受度都蠻好的,練完也都有痠感
問題是前束怎麼練感受度都很差,我目前只有練坐姿啞鈴、槓鈴上推
站姿沒辦法做,動作會跑掉,坐姿能穩定肩頰減少晃動
有做機械式練動作,效果不好就是了
以前教練是說用史密斯機做上推,請問有別的動作能增加感受度嗎?
