如題
大家都知道維持肌肉、肌力的組數跟求進步的訓練量可以少一些
小弟想請問
如果現在訓練週期已經漸入轉換期
訓練動作以上膊、負重跳為主
這些爆發性的動作也能順便維持原本如深蹲、硬舉類動作的肌肉與肌力嗎?
希望能有有過舉重經驗的前輩解惑
