大家好
目前正在增肌減脂階段
但因工作忙 時間不夠 無法一直備菜/做菜
雖然家裡有廚房 烤箱 微波爐等
目前常用的晚餐
1.冷凍虱目魚肚150克->解凍後用鹽醃製->烤箱200度烤30分鐘//熱量300卡 蛋白質30克
2.舒食雞胸肉 100克->微波爐加熱2-3分鐘//熱量180卡 蛋白質20克
3.冷凍花椰菜 200克->微波爐加熱7-8分鐘 // 熱量50卡
4.燕麥片 75克 ->熱水攪拌3分鐘 //熱量300卡 碳水 60克
大概30分鐘以內就可以吃了,不用花太多時間
這樣一餐總共熱量300+180+50+300=830卡
我TDEE看GARMIN約2100,用168的話,只吃兩餐
目前效果還不錯(中午吃公司便當約900卡,比較油膩)
