我目前173、58
體脂大約13%(歐姆龍量的)
我平常是有在慢跑,每天大約跑五公里
搭配基本的仰臥起坐跟伏地挺身跟舉啞鈴
吃的就比較隨意,但不吃炸的食物就是
目標是10%,想要大家提供一些吃法或做法,謝謝
