有氧和重訓到底怎麼分? - 減肥

大家好~我是減肥新手
目前是跳鄭多燕或一些其他有氧運動的影片
因為大家都說有氧和重訓要同時進行
我想請問他們的差別是什麼?
因為我以為那些影片就是有氧運動
爬文才發現很多都是重訓動作(參考置底文章的
我確定有氧的運動就是游泳和慢跑
因為我是碩士生
每天8~20點都在實驗室....
所以完全無法游泳
又因為我膝蓋受過傷無法跑步
突然不知道我可以做什麼有氧運動...
還是影片都是重訓加有氧運動呢?
可以請大家給我一點意見嗎...
