有氧完一定得吃東西嗎? - 健身

固定會一天一小時有氧含拉筋
因為下班比較晚的關係
通常去吃完晚餐後才能去有氧運動
像是傍晚五、六點吃完晚餐
晚上七、八點有氧運動一小時
之後就只有喝水或是喝茶直到睡覺
我的有氧心跳會在120-170之間波動
所以回家後不餓是騙人的
但不會餓到一定要吃所以也就沒吃了
請問到底這樣的運動後該不該補充食物呢?
板上看多有氧掉肌肉的推文真的會擔心...
想聽聽大家的分享
