有氧強度的問題 - 健身

最近想要靠有氧減脂
爬文看了一下似乎要心跳超過一定程度過30分鐘才會消耗脂肪
我都是接在重訓後做45分鐘的腳踏車機
不過我不太知道自己有氧的強度夠不夠
我會控制在90rpm 模式是選fat burn
不知道這樣夠不夠
另外我都是12點直接去健身房可能吃個三明治就去了
請問運動前吃什麼比較好呢(只買超商的話)
運動完後會在吃水煮蛋+豆漿
