中正盃後第二次測蹲舉PR, 總算測出新紀錄 - 健身

練了好幾年的健身,都是健美底居多,剛好今年四月在一個友人
的鼓勵之下開始練習健力, 從剛開始的 PR 175kg 花了三個月逐漸進步到195kg,
後來又花了兩個月進步到205kg左右,然後就一直卡住,最近一個月因為準備年底健美賽事
中正盃12/5,所以限碳+上一個多月不練重負荷蹲舉的情況下,就沒再測過PR,
比完後開始恢復正常飲食,加上跑一些輔助訓練 最近狀態覺得不錯,上週第一次測PR
測回205,這週再接再厲,覺得狀態特別好,就挑選了三支重量 190 210 215 kg

個人採取的是高槓位,轉健力初期也是用低槓位,但動作很醜
剛好以前在Wisconsin的時候,想起我們同校校友 John Haack 也是使用高槓位的
高手,我以前在我們學校體育館偶爾可以看到他在練習,根本跟神一樣往往五六片起跳
看到他高槓那麼順,覺得自己是否高槓不會比較差?
後來友人也建議我練回高槓, 練到現在算有一點點心得了,大家不嫌棄的話就
隨意看看吧
