瘦宅我之前身高體重177cm/54kg/
體脂11%,重訓2年半178cm/58kg/
體脂9%(30幾歲還長高?)
感覺增重進度有點慢,
每週重訓6天,每天1.5到2小時,
課表: 胸+肩x2天 ;背x2天;
下半身+二頭三頭 x2天

我的手碗圍14.5cm(小骨架?)
頭圍小約54cm(安全帽只能買進口帽)
目前胸圍98cm,腰圍29.2吋,
肩寬46cm
想請問鄉民先進
1.左右手臂及腿,軀幹肌肉重量測量
都顯示不足,但肌肉百分比都超過104%
到116%,這是為什麼呢?
2.訓練上的建議求教
3.另外這兩年飲食其實只有重訓完喝
一杯高蛋白,其他飲食沒有改變,
尤其我又不愛吃飯(只吃一碗)只吃菜,
不知飲食是否有影響肌肉增長速度?
