請問Pre workout使用量 - 健身

各位巨巨大家好
之前朋友幫忙買了一罐Pre workout飲品
小弟每次訓練前喝,都是用裡面的湯匙
一平匙加到約600 mL水中,邊運動邊喝
沒有特別運動前半小時喝。運動後喝乳清
最近買了一罐ON的Amino Energy pre workout
不曉得應該攝取多少的量比較適當
請各位巨巨提供寶貴的建議
PS:小弟重訓每個禮拜約3天,每次2小時左右,時間是晚上
內容為胸背肩各一天,胸會練二頭,背會練三頭
肩練斜方跟握力,練胸背肩時,訓練組數約6~8個動作
每個動作4組,每組用可以做12下的重量
最近正努力讓自己要練腿
若有資訊不足處還請指教
