有氧慢跑&跳繩 - 健身

各位帥哥美女晚安,小弟第一次po文,如有用字遣詞不當,或運動觀念不對的地方,請各位大大多指導。
我自己本身就有運動習慣,蠻喜歡重訓的,不過最近想多增加有氧的比重,希望減脂的效率能夠再提升。
天氣允許的情況下就會慢跑,每次約30分鐘,自己測心跳都有達到每分鐘130下。現在是想增加跳繩,每跳一分鐘休息30秒,然後8個循環。
主要是想請教這樣的跳繩強度會太弱嗎?如果版上各位大大也有在跳繩的可以分享一下方式及心得嗎?
補充一下身體大概的狀況:
身高177cm
體重90kg
體脂肪率24%
