有氧有做等於有效嗎? - 健身

大家好
最近開始減脂期
想加入有氧
目前打算一週安排個3天有氧
但礙於時間限制 每次大概只能做個15分鐘
重訓約60-70min 重訓結束後有氧
我都用跑步機調最陡坡度快走
請問只做15分鐘會不會等於沒做?
之前疑似看過某文章說至少持續20分鐘以上才等於有效(?)
另外滑步機跟跑步機大家比較推哪個
