有氧消脂的一些迷思 - 健身

有關有氧運動的一些文章看了不少,不過一直抱持著些疑問,希望對這方面
有專業知識的大大給點意見,感謝~
1. 有氧須做15~20分鐘以上才能消耗掉醣類的熱量,接著才會燃燒脂肪的熱量
以達消脂效果,但是之前看文章說,脂肪消耗需要醣類,這樣不是矛盾嗎?
2. 做有氧運動前可以喝點醣類的飲料,有助燃脂的效果,比如100c.c的蜂蜜水
真的有效嗎!?應該在做有氧運動多久前喝!?
3. 做有氧運動前可以喝一點咖啡,咖啡因可以增加心跳數,也是有助燃脂效果
真的有效嗎!?應該在做有氧運動多久前喝!?
