不好意思請問一下
我家有一台做仰臥起坐的器材
板上的老手們應該都知道吧~~
就是身體會斜斜躺著的那種(頭部向下
膝蓋會讓器材上的海綿柱勾著
請問用這個做可以嗎??
還是平躺自己做比較好?
還是做起來都一樣所以沒差??
因為我上了大學體力真的變太差
自己平躺坐竟然沒力撐上來 囧RZ
所以來請教~
另外想問的就是
跳繩和慢跑都算有氧運動
如果要增加體力和耐力哪個會比較好呢?
