最近的運動方式很特別
方法是 跑操場一圈+伏地挺身60下
重複了約15次
但不知道這樣交叉訓練好不好
因為我沒辦法連續跑15圈或連續作900下伏地挺身
不知道有沒有人有這樣試過
我自己是有瘦1公斤啦
效果感覺不明顯!!
