最近試著在上x-bike之前做些比較激烈的鍛鍊
剛做完抓x-bike顯示心跳大約145
然後喘到心跳11x以後上x-bike
然後發現阻力4大約轉速60心跳就到13x了
大約20分以後轉速才提到80
平常要維持12x心跳轉速大約要95~100
請問我在這個轉速比平常低很多的狀態
(心跳有維持)
還是算在做有氧嗎?
