有氧的強度怎麼算? - 健身

小弟目前大約 171cm 65~66kg
體脂大約18%
目標體脂14~15%
一星期都有去快走4~5次
一次都40~50分鐘
速度用手機app測量大概都是1公里7分40秒左右
心跳用有心率帶的錶測大約140
但每次被問到怎麼減脂回答說快走
也沒問走多快 心跳數....等 就直接被說強度不夠.....~"~
要改用跑的.....
可是之前左腳膝蓋有積水....
用跑的跑完左膝都有點痛....
所以還是希望能用比較不傷膝蓋的方式來進行
想請問我這樣的快走速度強度真的不夠嗎?
另外有氧的強度是怎麼定義的?
