沒去健身房的時候,會去操場跑步+拉單槓+DIP等等
原本是跑完才拉,有時候會先拉再跑
我的感覺是先拉再跑,單槓表現最佳(可以三組,共50下)
最近改變訓練方式:
跑一陣子(約800~1200公尺)拉一組(10~15下)
總共大概四組
不過我發現這種方法,跑得也很喘,拉也拉不好
但在網路上還是看到有人用類似的訓練方式
大家覺得這種訓練方式是不是事倍功半呢?
