有氧運動 跑步機及划步機疑問 - 健身

最近重訓完之後,會再加有氧,有時候跑跑步機,有時候跑滑步機,
但是我有一個疑問,在使用跑步機跟滑步機都有強度可以選擇,那有
氧的時間不都是最好超過30分鐘,那如果將速度及阻力提高的話那縮
短有氧時間有用嗎?
因為今天試過將滑步機的等級調到11,心跳也確定超過130以上,幾乎
跑到快喘不過來,但是只跑了她設定的20分鐘,那這樣有達到減脂的效
率嗎?
而平常我都會跑3000-6000公尺,但是大都控制在3000-15分鐘,6000-30分
鍾,如果將跑步機的時速調成等級 1/12KM,只跑20分鐘的話有減脂的效果嗎?
我有爬過文了 不過沒有找到類似的問題 所以想問問看 不好意思了@"@
