但是我比較不懂得是有氧運動後的蛋白質攝取是為了什麼呢?
文中所提也是為了修補(生長)肌肉 是因為有氧運動也會破壞肌肉嗎?
(我一直以為有氧比較不會)
另外我想問的是 如果是有氧和重訓不同天做的課程安排
那麼做有氧當天的整天蛋白質攝取量也要和重訓當天一樣嗎?
還是應該比較少一點呢? (因為有氧當天的熱量消耗較少)
小弟是新手 已經有看精華區和爬文了 若仍有遺漏請見諒
