有氧運動應該要固定一種還是多采多姿比較好?
比方說固定每天都跑步,真的膩了再換,換成騎單車,然後每天騎單車膩了再換
還是說一開始就週一跑步 周二有氧舞蹈 周三X-bike....等等
哪個會比較好呢?
如果是後者比較好
有那些有氧可以跟跑步交錯搭配呢?
X-bike值得為了要交錯搭配的理由買嗎?
還是說乾脆每天都跑步之類的?
