適合國小生做的有氧操 - 健身

最近要帶校內BMI指數過高的學生(小一~小六都有 約15人)做減重班活動
除了從飲食指導上著手之外
還想要讓他們每天固定做有氧20 分鐘以上
我現在想到的活動有 1.跑步 2. 跳繩
但這兩個都很難讓小學生連續做20分鐘不停頓
所以想要教學生跳有氧操 比較不會枯燥乏味
但是呢 我現在自己有在做的Kitty有氧瘦身操 我覺得難度對小學生來說太難了
也過多連續跳躍的動作 對那些BMI >25的學生來說可能有問題
而且一次都是60分鐘 長度過長
請熱心的板友們推薦我適合年齡低的初學者跳的有氧操
