慢跑好一段時間了……
從一開始2K都跑不滿到現在可以跑到8K,
近日膝蓋隱隱作痛,
到復健科報到,
是左膝內側韌帶發炎,
醫生建議要快點好就休息兩個星期,
不然就是一週跑三次以內,每次不超過5k,
但就要拉長復健時間,
本身工作一天站12小時,
膝蓋不舒服好影響心情啊,
請問版友啊
有沒有不用膝蓋的有氧運動?!
身上東西都只有一副要用到老死的
健康好重要!!!
