小妹我的狀況有點不一樣,是小時候練空手道留下的舊傷,造成右膝髕骨相當不給力,偶爾還會積水,痛不欲生阿。
因為狀況很不穩定,有時候可能一醒來就痛到不能動,有時候做完重訓才痛,有時後騎室內腳踏車騎到一半痛。但是我還是希望可以找一個能不管什麼狀況都能做的有氧(痛就休息的話,以最近的天氣狀況,大概找不到可以有氧的日子了),而且...因為皮膚過敏,小妹不太能游泳....
