綜合維他命的選擇 - 健身

小弟參與健身有一段時間了,健身除了體態健美,平日有精神外,
另外一個附加產品就是開始會對一些食品的營養斤斤計較
開始會注重吃下去的東西裡面到底含有哪些東西,
也會開始注重一些維生素礦物質的吸收...不只蛋白質
但問題來了,所有維生素礦物質要達到衛生署建議實在相當困難,
而且這樣也太累,所以半年多前腦筋就動到了綜合維他命補充品上面
小弟有朋友在做某直銷,但他不是那種讓人想八他的那種討厭直銷,
所以也聽他的開始吃某 D 開頭的綜合維他命,內容營養標示相當全面,
也覺得非常不錯,但唯一缺點就是價錢太貴...一個月多了 2000 的支出,
實在有點嚇人,也覺得有點浪費,所以興起想要換產品吃吃的念頭
最近在 costco 逛時,注意到了 nature made、善存、kirkland
所推出的綜合維他命,價錢方面一個月的支出只剩 D 開頭的 1/6 不到
但無奈看了後面營養標示,不是這個不夠就是那個不夠,缺東缺西,要不就是
營養素有這個沒有那個,看著看著實在有點不知道該怎麼選配
不期待一罐就可以取代 D 牌,搭配著吃也行,就是希望能多出另一種選擇,
不知道版友都吃哪一種品牌的補充品呢?煩請各位前輩推薦,感謝!
