有沒有可以增強體力讓自己少睡一點的方 - 健身

我是朝九晚六的31歲魯妹社畜,基本上工作很輕鬆也不加班
因為希望下班後可以保留時間做自己的興趣
而家人很愛聊天,家裡老公寓隔音又不太好
加上我也比較怕吵
我的作息就變得比較奇怪一點
都是大約晚上七、八點就睡覺,半夜再醒來利用不被打擾的時間做自己的事
理想上是希望平日睡六個小時、假日多補一點睡八、九個小時
但常常鬧鐘響後還是覺得很想睡
又或是逼自己醒來後還是昏昏欲睡沒辦法集中精神做事
偶而可以在兩點多醒來後精神還是很好
但通常幾天後半夜又會覺得很想睡
約兩個月前開始調整飲食和運動習慣
飲食部分我一天通常吃兩餐而已但也不太容易餓(這部分有點跟作息掛勾)
半夜醒來就加熱吃昨晚媽媽先煮好的飯(通常是一飯一菠菜一蛋一隨機)
中午就吃外食早餐店的鮪魚吐司加蛋加起司或一顆地瓜加沙拉
晚餐因為要早睡就沒吃了
有在嘗試不吃肉類想看看這樣精神會不會比較好
怕太缺鐵所以有在吃葡萄乾
常喝飲料(珍珠紅茶拿鐵無糖)
通常都是假日才喝,但有時也會忍不住一周每天都喝一杯......
其實也沒有很愛喝飲料,主要是愛嚼那些料
想請問有替代品可以代替嚼珍珠的感覺嗎QQ
睡眠品質沒有測過但感覺應該不會太差(吧)
都是一睡著後下次再張開眼就是鬧鐘響的時候
幾乎不會睡睡醒醒的
中午午休有睡30分鐘,但感覺效果還好
運動的話假日有固定慢跑30分鐘
本來想說平日在家就練彈力繩,但常常事情一忙或太想睡就沒做了
彈力繩一週大概做一到兩次,每次30分鐘
以前完全沒有運動習慣又常坐著
這樣是不是要花很長時間才能看到運動對體力的成效?
然後也覺得我的運動強度好像不夠?
最近有發現我的水好像喝得不太夠,一天大概600ml而已
目前有在多喝一點
想說先不考慮多睡一點讓自己精神好的做法
我的個性比較容易對時間焦慮
如果醒來後距離上班時間沒剩多久了也會覺得緊張沒辦法好好做事
