有認識結紮後一樣練的很棒的人嗎? - 健身

標題實在不知道該怎下
最近跟老婆認真討論想去結紮 也查詢過相關資訊並諮詢過醫生
目前得到的資訊都是
結紮"不會"影響睪固酮分泌
也"不會"對重訓或增肌有什麼不好的影響
(有爬到一篇PTT文章 一位網友結紮完之後後遺症超嚴重 好幾年都治不好 但我想他應該
是很少數的特例....)
雖然這些資料看起來結紮都很安全
但始終對於結紮還是有點恐懼 畢竟這是沒回頭路的手術
雖然大叔我練的也沒很好 但持續重訓已經三年了 跟當初比身材也確實好很多
很怕因為這個手術影響到之後訓練
(例如跨下如果都會隱隱作痛?那我該怎麼深蹲...)
畢竟每一分肉都很難長 實在不想流失掉
因此想來問一下各位 有沒有人實際認識到身邊的人
是有結紮但是還是練的很棒的呢???
或是您就是有結紮的強壯勇者 希望您可以分享一些過來人經驗
結紮前後對於重訓增肌到底會有什麼影響...
沒聽到真實分享就真的有點擔心阿...QQQ
