有運動的恆心卻沒控制飲食的毅力 好難過 - 減肥

運動一陣子了 體重呈現極度緩慢下降中
其實我也知道問題點 就是我太愛吃了
油炸類 吃到飽 鹹酥雞 波霸綠茶 減肥不該碰的 全部碰了
平常都是正常吃 沒有節食 但是只要是沒運動時 就是想要吃炸物
每次吃完都有罪惡感
但因為有在運動 其實健康檢查都是綠燈
請問 減肥的各位 你們都怎克服美食的慾望呢?
另外,我的運動如下:
星期2~4 跑操場10~11公里 約1小時
週六 跑自行車道15公里 約1小時30~40分
週日 單車 台北-桃園 60KM 約2小時10分左右
最近要參加富邦半馬 星期2 改成15KM
週六 會拉長到17KM 預計比賽前會拉長到20KM
唉~有運動的恆心但卻沒辦法控制嘴癮
真的很糟糕
