想請問各位版大巨巨
小弟知道這有點困難,但仍在朝著人旗努力練習中
用youtube教學的方式正在訓練腰側和手部肌群
但不知道為什麼,每次做完之後
反而是扶槓的那邊肩膀會突然很痛(如圖)

想請問是小弟姿勢有誤還是哪裡沒注意到嗎~??
另外想請問,假設我右手較有力,那到底是右手要在上還是左手呢?
