小妹最近想消體脂,一週4-5天晚上路跑30分鐘。已經跑快2個月了,缺點是8點多跑完回
來難入睡。
另我我上臂一直看的有2塊muscle,不幸偏偏有了一點蝴蝶袖,肉有點垂垂不結實,變成
帶著muscle的蝴蝶袖,現在很想回復以前那樣瘦又有點muscle。我食量少了很多,低升醣
類食物,多蔬菜。幾乎不吃零食。
很想知道慢跑能不能順便消手臂??至少結實一些。因時間有限,實在挪不出多的時間來舉
啞鈴之其它重訓了。
頂多...再做扶地挺身10下。真的沒空了...
