有關慢跑的訓練強度? - 減肥

小弟178/84
慢跑的目的為了減肥(希望能瘦回75以下...>"<)
大約從二月底的時候就開始練習慢跑了
剛開始跑了大約四~五圈
就喘不過氣停下來
剛開始每次跑完小腿大腿都酸的不得了
但還是每天固定加一圈的份量
強迫自己一定的要跑完幾圈才可以停
練習了兩個禮拜後
之後因為每天下雨的關係(基隆...不意外)
不得已只好放棄練習了
不過最近天氣好轉
用固定兩分半跑一圈的速度
花31min左右跑了5000
發現自己已經習慣之前的訓練量(還可以多跑3~4圈的感覺)
肌肉的酸也退的很快
隔天連續跑也沒有以前那種疲累感
想問一下各位跑步神人
小弟應該加快自己的速度?
還是延長跑步的時間?
才能增加燃燒脂肪的效果呢^^?
