有關於快走的姿勢 - 健身

最近決定要去健身房運動
但是我本身的體能很差
所以想說要先快走跑步機
然後再慢慢訓練慢跑這樣
昨天去的時候快走時
就發現了一個問題
我在快走的時候
發現我的右腳小腿感覺比較痛
這應該是我施力點不對吧!!
然後我實在不知道
我應該要把整隻腳升直這樣走~就是整個人很挺?
還是要稍微彎曲膝蓋走?
還有快走的時候手要自由擺動還是放在健身器上??
請大家告訴我
