請問各位,我在書上看到關於循環運動的觀念
譬如假設我要鍛鍊腹部,我做三種不同動作練到上腹、下腹、側腹部
書上建議上腹動作做1 set換下腹1 set再換側腹動作 1 set
照這種順序做 3 set
這樣子的鍛鍊方式跟以前的認知
就是上腹做3 set再換下腹再換側腹這種好呢 ?
...............
再請問一樣上面的問題但假設換成是指鍛鍊二頭
只是做兩種不同動作如一個啞鈴、另一個槓鈴
這樣是一種動作做完3 set 再換下一個好
還是啞鈴做完1 set換槓鈴,再換啞鈴的好 ?
