有關重訓 - 健身

我是個努力減脂的胖女孩,到健身房還不到2個月
之前在推文中看到,胖女孩去做重訓只會覺得奇怪
並不會有人幫忙,我有自知之明
但我還是要做重訓,我想減脂
但是我也不知道要做什麼 XDDDDDDDDD
不是我沒看文章,因為啞鈴區和史密斯永遠有男的佔住!!!!
板貓有說,重訓是腿>背>胸>肩,核心最重要
所以我三不五時夾子,仰臥起坐,down dog,眼鏡蛇交互做
還有Back Extensions,雖然常看到其他人做折的好後面....
機台,我是給自己一天時間做,因為有氧和重訓是不同天做,
雖然我做完重訓會再去跳一堂舞蹈式的瑜伽
所以能做的機台,我都做了一遍,就做到做不下為止,
1組10個,大概我會逼自己做50~60個

背部只有下拉的機台,划船機坐墊壞了,太矮了我拉不到QAQ
腹部和三頭都會做,因為我三頭真的很弱,還有肩

是有在跳有氧pump,但是大多數人都說是偏有氧,不算重訓
squat己經衝到單邊6kg了,但大多數女孩兒和大叔都建議不要衝太快
我是覺得好像沒那麼酸痛了,就加重量了.......
背部只拿單邊5kg,因為有往上舉的動作我抬不起來,夾背動作我ok
我是想問,我這樣的重訓,夠嗎?
因為真的不想去佔啞鈴區,還是我真要勇敢往前衝.........
