有關高低肩的問題 - 健身

小弟我高低肩很久了
我發現只要右邊斜方肌刻意上提(因為原本右肩低左肩高)
兩邊就會變的很平均又很自然
可是好像不能一直這樣提著
所以這樣的情形
應該是要多練右邊的斜方肌讓肌肉緊收?
還是要讓左邊的斜方肌練大?
我是右撇子
