體脂率:35.2(一個星期前是38)

三餐內容
早餐:賀x芙的代餐or 生菜水果三明治+低脂牛奶
午餐:饅頭*1+水煮蔬菜+水煮蛋*1
晚餐:白飯半碗+蔬菜湯(基本有豆腐、番茄、綠色蔬菜)+水煮肉片+芭樂半片
其他:沒吃宵夜、油炸、含糖飲料
日常作息時間:晚上11點就寢 早上8點起床
生活型態:上班族 都是坐著工作
運動習慣:慢跑+快走30分鐘 踏步機30分鐘
睡前仰臥起坐20次
我的問題:基代大約13xx 這樣的飲食可以嗎?
運動方面是不是該在加其他的?
