一位女性朋友在減肥。身高161 體重49 體脂肪23%
我能怎麼鼓勵或者幫忙呢?
她近三個月的減肥方法:
規律運動,游泳約1000m上下及快走30min。吃清淡均衡,不吃宵夜、炸物、及零食飲料
但是她很喜歡吃,所以有時候跟家人出去吃飯會失控,不小心吃超過基礎代謝。大概失控
的頻率一個月1-3次。
我之前是每天問她過如何,有沒吃熱量高的食物。
但是這樣我朋友說會給女生造成很大的壓力。所以想詢問板上的意見,及看法。
而,最近,她會覺得自己體重外觀沒什麼變化,而相當相當沮喪,覺得自己永遠都瘦不下
來……腿都沒變細 。
我沒什麼經驗,因此來這請問大家的意見。
1.有什麼是我當她朋友能協助或幫忙,對於減肥的朋友是有正面的效果之方法?
2.女生在減肥的時候,遇到瓶頸而沮喪難過,該怎麼提醒她調適或者該如何安慰呢?
