他說 最基本的記法
就是一天全部加起來要吃 水果3份、青菜3份、肉3份、飯3份 (一份=一拳頭的量)
(原理是互相消耗的樣子 orz)
那我就想說,拆成一餐 各一份水果、青菜、肉、飯 這樣
可是我想到 我去自助餐夾菜
通常是 半碗飯、3份青菜、肉少量
他說這樣我吃的肉跟飯太少了… orz ←這兩個不就是減肥的大敵嗎? 我不敢吃多
請問我的朋友說的是對的嗎? (他的工作是做減肥coach的 可是可能我們認識得有點久
導致他在我面前沒什麼權威感吧
