大家好~~我是最近剛健身的新手
在做運動的同時 我發現了身體的柔軟度很差
尤其是下半身的柔軟度 在一些腹肌的訓練上發現我沒法把腳伸直諸如此類
身體太硬的問題
請問這柔軟度的改善和訓練有什麼可以做的嗎??
