核心訓練有沒有組數上限? - 健身

昨天無聊試自己的1RM硬舉
做到最後結果是肚子先抽筋
看來是核心太弱了
打算加入核心訓練(之前都不怎麼練)
那問題來了
記得看過影片有說過小肌群每週上限是25組這樣吧
可是姐夫影片又說核心可以每天練
所以核心是要在課表訓練完後才去練嗎?
有沒有組數上限?
