三餐內容
早餐:7-11綜合水果盒(芭樂X1、木瓜X1、小番茄X3、香瓜X1)
午餐:一般70元便當
晚餐:一般70元便當
其他:一杯7-11大杯熱拿鐵不加糖
日常作息時間:07:00~23:30
生活型態:新鮮上班族
我的問題:
重點來了,因為腰椎4&5節受傷,椎間盤突出壓迫神經,所以醫生說不能劇烈運動,
每天都是快走20分鐘撘公車上下班,平常除了拿鐵以外就是喝開水,
問題是從剛開始一月受傷76公斤到現在六月已經像吹氣球一樣胖到90公斤,
整個很困擾阿,醫生說不能運動,自己吃的也不算多阿,真的不知道怎麼辦才好。
希望有板友能給我建議,看看到底哪出了問題。
自己也問過物理治療師,可是他們只說不能劇烈運動,我根本不知道能怎麼辦。
