60KG(當天5x5為67.5KG)

硬舉

同天課表中的第二組硬舉
83KG
其實我不知道這到底算深蹲還是硬舉
控制住下背穩定不吃力
盡量以臀大肌和股二頭的力量舉起

我練腿的課表就這兩種 都5x5 一週三次
請各位前輩幫忙看看有沒有哪裡要注意或改進的QQ
