是這樣的,臥推的時候有個技巧叫leg drive,可以繃緊身體,讓軀幹更穩定
但是腳要怎麼踩、要踩多用力、踩穩的感覺是怎麼樣的,對於初學者來說不是很好體會
所以今天我就突然想到說,如果先把槓鈴就定位,然後屁股繃緊做橋式,再接著臥推
是不是可以透過這個誇張的動作,讓身體更快學習這個技巧?
