今天帶朋友去重訓室練
他原本體型就比我壯一些,前幾年有很長陣子有天天在家練伏地挺身,近年較少在練
今天在練臥推的時候,我大概可以比他多推了十公斤,飛鳥的時候比他多拿四嗙的啞鈴
不過在做最後一組坐椅平推的時候
他硬是可以比我多做個十公斤
好奇問一下,平推和臥推用到的肌肉是哪裡不一樣呢??
